How long does setup take?

Most teams are fully operational within a day. You can bulk import inventory from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), and our import wizard maps your columns automatically. If you have under 500 items, you could be live by lunch.

Can I import my existing inventory spreadsheet?

Yes. We support CSV and Excel imports. Our wizard auto-detects columns for item name, category, quantity, condition, and location. You can also add custom fields for anything specific to your business, like fabric type or rental rate.

Does RentalSync integrate with QuickBooks?

QuickBooks integration is available on the Enterprise plan. Invoices, payments, and customer records sync automatically. We also integrate with Square for payment processing on all plans.

Can my warehouse team use it on their phones?

Absolutely. The RentalSync mobile app (iOS and Android) lets your team check items in and out, scan barcodes, photograph damage, and update status — all from the warehouse floor or delivery truck. Changes sync instantly.

What happens when two events need the same items?

The calendar flags conflicts in real time. When you try to book items that are already reserved, you'll see a red warning with the conflicting event details. You can resolve it immediately — no more finding out on the day of the event.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days so you can pick back up if you change your mind.
